I saw Dr. Duran for two crowns on Friday, September 4th, along with dental hygienist Katy, and WOW—they were both absolutely amazing! I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety leading up to appointments, so finding people I truly trust is incredibly important to me. From the moment I sat down, Dr. Duran and Katy immediately made me feel comfortable, eased my anxiety, and made the experience as great as getting two crowns can possibly be! I don’t trust just anyone with my teeth, and when I say I would travel just to have these two take care of me, I truly mean it! They were kind, patient, reassuring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you both so much for taking such great care of me and my teeth and for making me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. I’m so thankful I found such an incredible team! 🦷

My dental cleaning was great. I hate going to the dentist and my teeth are kind of sensitive, but I got some kind of numbing on my gums and it was perfect. I forgot her name, but my hygienist was super friendly personable and let me know every step of the way what she was doing the staff was great and I got a little toy😂 I would definitely recommend! Thank you for a great customer service!

I had only ever been to my family's dentists back home before I moved to the East Coast 6 years ago and I was scared to go anywhere else until my bf recommended this practice. I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcomed. The staff is friendly, patient, and respectful! I had the pleasure of having hygienist Taylor and Dr. Wood as my team. First, when I walked in I loved that it didn't smell like a dental office. Second, I loved that the chairs fit a extra large body like mine, although I didn't even sit in the chair 3 minutes before they called me back! Third, the actual dental chairs also fit big bodies, I was very comfortable and not hanging over the edge. Lastly, they had TVs mounted in front of and above the dental chairs which is a welcomed distraction for anybody who might be nervous, which I was when I first got there. But my nerves were soon eased and I will recommend this place everyday!

Every visit I’ve had has been a pleasure, which is not a feeling usually associated with a dental visit. The office staff, assistants, hygienists & Dr. Brittany Wood have all been exceptionally friendly & professional. I’ve received conscientious care, which has never felt rushed or impersonal. I highly recommend the Vinton office.
