When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was very polite and able to get me in quickly. The day of my appointment everything was explained, what procedures were going to be done, pricing etc. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I’ll say it up front,I have a dental phobia! When I was a child my grandmother’s dentist pulled three molars that were not really ready for extraction. I have fought going to the dentist ever since.
When we moved back to Roanoke I asked a friend in the dental industry who was the best dentist for me given my history. Without hesitation he said Cross, Lavinder, Park .
Well after much hesitation I went for a visit. This is the most wonderful dental office I’ve ever experienced. They a caring, considerate and most of all pain free! As long as we are living anywhere in the Roanoke Valley these people will be my Dental Care practitioners. Oh and a shout out to my hygienist Taylor. She’s amazing too.
